The Property comprises a purpose-built cold storage transport and logistics facility constructed in 2011. Suited to the tenant’s operational requirements, the building contains a combination of freezer room (-15°C to -20°C), chiller room (1.5°C to 2°C), temperature-controlled room (17°C), dry storage warehouse and a two-level reception and administration suites. Insulated paneling has been installed in the dry storage warehouse providing flexibility to expand the cold room to support future growth or be adapted based on tenant requirements.

It is occupied by PFD Food Services, which operates as a Business to Business (B2B) sales and distribution centre serving the region. Their customer base includes pubs and clubs, cafés, restaurants, hotels and mining accommodation villages, convenience outlets, fast food outlets as well as educational and correctional facilities. They deliver a range of dry goods, frozen and chilled products, fresh seafood and meat, confectionery, paper products and cleaning solutions.
