This investment portfolio currently consists of 3 medical clinics located in the Mackay region of Queensland. The clinics are operated by Family Health Care Mackay Group (part of Better Medical practices). As part of the growth strategy for the portfolio, the Trust has reached agreement for the acquisition of a fully leased convenience retail centre located in the Western growth corridor between Brisbane and Ipswich. Having already seen the benefit of a 17% valuation uplift in its first 12 months, the Trust is projected to return 6.50% net p.a. paid monthly off the back of strong performing assets in sought-after sectors located in high-growth areas.

The nature of the assets in this Trust require active management by Quanta’s asset management team to optimise performance for our retailers, investors and the local community. Three assets in this Trust namely Emerald Plaza, Emerald Village and BigW Atherton have been taken to market for sale. There is also substantial leasing activity across the portfolio, particularly at Westside Plaza Broken Hill where a large capital works programme is being planned to commence towards the end of 2022.
