This retail focused property trust is comprised of neighbourhood-style convenience shopping centres that are strategically positioned in regional growth areas throughout Australia. The nature of the assets in this Trust require active management by Quanta’s asset management team to optimise performance for our retailers, investors and the local community. Two assets in this Trust namely Emerald Plaza, and Emerald Village have been taken to market for sale. There is also substantial leasing activity across the portfolio, particularly at Westside Plaza Broken Hill where a large capital works programme is being planned to commence towards the end of 2022.
