Quanta appoints Caitlin Donaldson as Head of Asset Management

Australian commercial property investment group, Quanta Investment Funds, has expanded its team with the appointment of Caitlin Donaldson as Head of Asset Management.

Caitlin joins Quanta with more than 25 years’ experience in the commercial property industry across a range of senior asset and property management positions.

Quanta Investment Funds CEO Stacey Jones said the appointment strengthens Quanta’s in-house capability and strategic oversight of the group’s property mix.

“Caitlin has a well-honed strategic approach and leadership style that has been instrumental in building and managing high-performing portfolios across a broad range of commercial assets,” Jones said.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Caitlin to the team in this new role, which will continue elevating tenant satisfaction and driving performance opportunities for both our properties and our investors.
