Spring Hill is a very tightly held and sought-after inner-city suburb situated approximately 2 kilometres north of the Brisbane CBD. The Project is in very close proximity to several premier private schools, hospitals and recreational amenities including the Roma Street Parklands and the significant redevelopment of Victoria Park Parklands.

The townhouses, with final surveyed areas ranging between approx. 280m² and 322m², were completed in May 2024. The completion of the sale settlements are currently anticipated to occur over July / August 2024.
